 Options We also offer optional flame-hardened tooling, as well as special sizes and extended punch heights, plus European-style tangs, ram adaptors, and segmented tooling. All options are quoted on request. Quality Standards We take the time to produce quality tooling with a single-point planer that provides the highest standards of finish and tolerance in the industry. Before shipping, all tools are machine-checked with dial gauges to ensure straightness tolerances that exceed industry standards. Next, all tools are coated with a durable rust-proofing compound before careful packing in crates.  Crowning Accurpress also offers a complete line of crowning die holder systems. You will save an enormous amount of time in press brake operation with the elimination of shimming. The Accurcrown system is manufactured with a series of precision wedges providing a uniform crown, which may be adjusted manually or power interfaced to the Accurpress press brake. |
