METALMASTER PLUS
The Metalmaster Plus is MG Systems and Welding's newest machine. Machine motion accuracy is an exceptional +/- 0.002” over any 6’ X 10’ area. The MetalMaster Plus also provides industry-leading rapid traverse speed of 1200
ipm with acceleration of 38”/sec2 for maximum productivity.
Using an aluminum beam structure, it maintains optimal stiffness and accuracy without added weight.
The MetalMaster Plus is a unitized table cutting machine that is excellent for making parts for a variety of purposes using plasma up to 260 amps, including the new Hypertherm HPR260 Precision Plasma. It is suitable for mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum from 26 gauge to 1.25” thick. Featuring the Global Control with a familiar Windows ® interface and a touch screen, the MetalMaster Plus is easy to use for any operator, even novices. Two machine widths are available, 6’ and 8’. Machine length begins at 10’ and is extendable in 5’ increments to 30’. A side draft exhaust cutting table is integral to and included with the machine, which can also be upgraded to a Slagger self cleaning table.
EDGEMASTER
The new EdgeMaster dual side drive plasma and oxyfuel cutting machine is available in widths from 6’ to 12’, and lengths from 10’ to 80’, the EdgeMaster travels at an industry leading jog speed of 1000 IPM. Cutting stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum, the EdgeMaster can cut gage up to 12”, and can utilize plasmas up to 400 amps.

PROMASTER II
The Promaster II is a unitized table and gantry cutting machine that supports up to four processes-including Precision Plasma , Conventional Plasma , and Air Scribe . The accurately machined and aligned track and ways, coupled with cross axis ball-screw drive, produce excellent looking parts with extreme accuracy.

The integrated cutting table includes a zoned and ducted exhaust system, ready to be connected to a dust collector. The table features pull out drawers to make removal of small parts and cutting slag easy.
TITAN II
The Titan II allows the machine’s torches to be automatically spaced to equal or varying distances from each other by entering values into the machine’s Global Control using the newly updated Programmable Auto-Torch spacing. The carriages will then be automatically spaced to a specific location along the Y-axis.
Alternately, a part program can contain the spacing commands so that torch spacing is established as an automatic sequence during part program execution. This feature enhances torch starting location and reduces operator error, as well as adding to operational efficiency. A total of eight separate tool stations may be installed on the Titan II.
Messer MG Systems and Welding introduces the Global Control, a professional grade Mircosoft.NET CNC control for MG cutting machines. The Global Control incorporates years of Messer worldwide knowledge into an easy to use operator interface with a 15” touch screen. The control is fully network and internet compatible, and features imbedded process databases and an exclusive fiber optic I/O bus system. Remote diagnostic software provides advanced troubleshooting capability to minimize downtime. It also features a joystick and a handwheel for additional control options. Shapes with nesting are also included, as well as many other standard features.
BEVEL ROTATOR
The Compound Skew Plasma bevel rotator and Easy Bevel programming software is capable of cutting continuous bevel profiles at angles from +45° to -43°, the bevel rotator uses MG Systems’ unique compound skew technology to create bevel and land configurations for weld preparation surfaces. Bevel edges are created without secondary set-ups, saving time and money. The bevel angle required is automatically derived using a combination of A and C axis interpolation via CNC control. Critical alignments are maintained by robust, pyramidal construction combined with built-in collision detection.
EasyBevel software makes part programming easy; simply identify the desired angle and apply it to a side of the part. The cutting parameters are then automatically activated from a database. The Compound Skew Plasma bevel rotator and EasyBevel software are available on MG Systems’ TMC4500 cutting machine. Both the Compound Skew Plasma bevel rotator and the EasyBevel software have been field proven in a variety of applications.
SLAGGER & SLAGGER ONE
The Slagger and Slagger One self-cleaning cutting tables both include the patented, powered Slagger Blade for quick automated table cleaning and small parts retrieval. Custom and standard size tables are available to fit all cutting needs. The Slagger One can handle material up to one inch thick and the Slagger can support material up to four inches thick. Custom tables for thicker material and retrofits are also available.
Both Slagger tables feature zoned and ducted exhaust for effective, automatic smoke removal, even when the table is only partially covered. Pneumatic doors control the smoke removal, which is active only in the sections that are beneath the cutting torch. The Slagger and Slagger One tables can be cleaned from an entire shift of cutting in around 5 minutes, utilizing the unique, patented, pusher-style blade. This blade cleans the entire table of slag into a bucket at the end of the table for easy disposal and minimal machine down time. Small parts are also pushed into the bucket for easy retrieval. Finally, the table is not disassembled for cleaning, providing further productivity gains.
STEELPRO
This machine provides 8 foot
cutting width capability at an economical price. The SteelPro utilizes unitized construction and "true" dual longitudinal drives
to provide motion accuracy of +/- .008". Offered with cutting lengths
up to 30 feet, the SteelPro can be equipped with two conventional
or precision plasma systems up to 200 Amps including the all-new
systems built exclusively for MG by Komatsu.
The new HQ24 and HQ30 plasma systems include patented
torch technology that rivals laser systems. Excellent precision
plasma cut and hole quality is possible with fewer "dings and divots"
even in thick material. In short, HQ stands for "High Quality" achieving
laser-like cuts at plasma speeds. The SteelPro
has traverse speeds of 1000 IPM and includes a built-in zoned and
ducted table. Controlled by the powerful Global Control, Messer's
high speed PL-1 lifter and the TorchGuard collision protection system
are included with every machine. Additional options can include
the self-cleaning Slaggar table and markers.
MPC-2000
The MPC-2000 is a Multi-Process cutting machine
that provides productivity and versatility. It is able to deliver
clean smooth cut edges, and precisely cut holes at very high accuracy
and repeatability. This machine can be equipped with multiple carriages
with up to five separate processesHyDefinition® plasma,
conventional plasma, oxyfuel, drill and marker, with any combination available all on one machine, this enables the user to customise the machine for their specific needs.
