The ACCELL hydraulic system is specifically designed for synchronized Y1/Y2 press brakes. Ram position and Ram to Bed parallelism is maintained independent of load and oil temperature. A benefit feature is the Material Thickness Sensing System (MTSS) which actively measures and compensates for material thickness variations by measuring load changes in the throat of each side frame. The load change is measured by using high sensitivity strain gauges. Another feature to the Accell is the Springback is the partial return of material to its original shape when bending force is removed. The Springback Compensation System (SBCS) actively measures and compensates for material springback to accurately produce the desired bend angle.

MTSS and SBCS help achieve better part quality, eliminate wasted material, and is included on models up to 485 tons.

The fast, precision motion increases productivity and overall parts quality with, ETS 3000 controller on the ACCELL. The main screen, which provides fast and easy selection of any job, is a productive feature of the ETS 3000. In addition, the tool position graphical display shows the operator exactly how tooling is to be set up for any job. And with the Edit screen which allows for easy job editing while the Undo function key allows operators to reverse changes that have been made to a job.
