Here's How It Works:
Download, Print, Complete, Sign and Fax...
1) Viewing, downloading and printing of the Application Sheets requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If you do not have this software on your computer, it is available free from Adobe. Just click on the link to the right and follow the instructions.
2) Once the Adobe Acrobat software is loaded on your computer, press any Application Sheet above. This will open a new browser window and display the application.

3) Once the Application Sheet is open, you may print it directly to your local printer or save it to your local computer's disk drive from where you may print it at any time. To print the document immediately, from the menu bar in the Adobe Acrobat window, choose File - Print. Select your printer and click OK. To save the document to your local computer disk, again from the Adobe menu bar, choose File - Save As. Choose the folder where you would like to save the file and click Save.
