| Charge More for Laser-cut Parts Laser-cut edges save costs downstream, from grinding to assembly. The STX-44 gives you complete design flexibility and quick turnaround. Cut any contour in minutes – which also adds value to the part. Plus, you can bring in new "laser cut only" jobs that demand the consistency and accuracy of laser processing. Choose the Resonator The STX-44 offers fabricators a choice of three different resonators – 1500, 2500, or 4000-watt. The wide range of resonators allows fabricators to choose the resonator power most efficient for their business. Fabricators whose business is primarily 0.50" and thinner can take advantage of the low energy and running costs of a 1500-watt system. Those whose business includes thicker gauges may benefit from the 4000-watt system, which cuts mild steel up to 1" thick. The higher wattage system also processes thinner gauges at higher speeds. |
Low Maintenance, Easy Use With its 4' x 4' bed, the STX-44 occupies minimal floor space. Its Meehanite frame minimizes the vibrations that occur with high-speed cutting, providing continuous superior accuracy with low maintenance. In addition, a completely enclosed cutting area with an improved dust collector meets FDA Class 1 safety standards and helps provide a safe, clean environment. The system programs easily either on the machine or downloaded to the proven CNC system. |
