Minimizes Laser Idle Time.

The Pallet Shuttle Exchange increases laser productivity over free-standing lasers by allowing the laser operator to load and unload material offline. While the laser is processing a new sheet, the operator can work at the offline table to remove the cut parts and skeleton then load and position the next sheet.

Saves Time Moving Material.

Standard ball transfers make it easy for the operator to quickly slide material on and off the offline table. The ball transfers also minimize idle time by allowing the operator to quickly zero the sheet position offline instead of after the sheet is under the cutting head.

An Easier Way to Load Heavy Sheets.

The optional loader automatically loads raw material onto the offline table. This option is effective for large, heavy sheets. It is faster than a crane and eliminates the need for two-man loading.
