The laser load/unload cell automatically loads and unloads the laser, then stacks the cut sheets.
Pneumatic Load System with confirmation sentries.
Simple Fork-Style Unloader.
Closely spaced tines on 2" centers pick up cut sheets and carry them to the unload table. Unlike suction or magnetic methods, the “fork” can handle any part geometry including small parts, any material thickness up to 3/4" and any material type, including non-ferrous—with no additional setup.
Efficient One-Pass system.
The load and unload units travel together on the same monorail. More compact and efficient than separate carriers, this one-pass system shortens laser-idle time, plus minimizes adjustments and maintenance. It also eliminates the need for redundant shuttle tables combined with load unload cell technology.
Unload Table.
Different styles of unload tables are available for microjointed and microjointless parts. All are equipped with a sensor to stop the system automatically once the stack reaches a maximum height or weight.
Experience.
The world's leading supplier of laser FMS, Mazak developed the first automated laser in the 1980's and has been improving its productivity for over 15 years.
Owning over 250 Mazak lasers in automated systems, U.S. customers attest to the efficiency and ease-of-use of Mazak Laser with automated material loading. In shop after shop they achieve dramatic increases in productivity with very short learning curves.
And, of course, the reliability of Mazak equipment is legendary.
