Beyond running unattended, HyperGear can actually diagnose and fix cutting glitches. 8 A camera enables the system to spot cutting problems and to automatically make self adjustments, such as replacing a dirty lens or nozzle. The system can even recondition nozzle tips to save cost. 3
Plus, its constant beam length 6 and automatic beam mode adjustments 7 provide consistent cutting everywhere on the table.
Simplifies Maintenance
First, HyperGear's own air compressor and enhanced filtration system 14 prevent dirty, wet, oily shop air from catastrophic deterioration of the machine. All filters have sensors to notify the operator in advance of needed maintenance. So HyperGear always operates with shop air that has the highest purity possible.

In addition, sensors throughout the system, including the internal and external beam delivery systems, alert you before maintenance is due. You can schedule labor and order parts in advance. A digital maintenance manual—right in the machine control—provides part numbers and specific maintenance instructions. To help you prevent expensive downtime and limit damage, the machine can shut itself down if the needed upkeep isn't performed.
