Perform 6-Axis Laser Cutting of Mill Length Pipe and Structural
The FG-300 and FG-150 pipe laser cutting systems automatically load, feed, laser cut and unload mill-length pipe and structural. These tube and pipe laser systems process round, square, rectangular, and triangular pipe as well as I and H beams, C channel, and angle iron. They laser cut holes, contours, angles and bevels with only one setup per part.

Process Precise Fitups
The pipe laser's 64-bit NC simultaneously controls the compact 3D cutting head and auto-fixturing rotary chuck, enabling the system to laser cut – in one operation – precise angle cuts, weld-prep bevels, and advanced contours such as saddle joint cuts. A choice of three resonators, 1500, 2500 and 4000-watts, allows fabricators to choose the power most efficient for their business.
Choice of Sizes
The FabriGear pipe laser is available in two sizes. The FG-150 processes up to 5.9" in diameter while the FG-300 process pipe and structural up to 11.8" in diameter. Both lasers handle material to 26 feet long as standard. An extra-long model is available to handle materials as long as 40 feet or more. A bundle handling option is also available.

Easy-to-Use Software
The FG CAM software for pipe lasers incorporates illustrated fill-in-the-blank screens to quickly generate NC code. It performs dynamic nesting and has over 70 pre-programmed cut conditions. Fabricators also have the ability to control cuts themselves and save frequently used cut condition set-ups.
