The zero offset cutting head provides high speed processing and the maximum processing area. A non-contact profiler automatically detects misalignment of the focal point with respect to the workpiece (max. ±0.195 in.) Even large 5' x 10' size workpieces can be processed simply by inputting the program directly into the machine's CNC unit.

Auto Pallet Changer

The 3-pallet changer system allows adjustment of fixtures and workpiece loading / unloading to be performed at a safe location away from the machine. The automatic pallet changer cycle time is a fast 60 seconds.

Offline Teaching System

The off-line teaching system enhances productivity by a allowing a second cutting program to be created while the laser is cutting the first. Data obtained by the teaching digitizer is transmitted to the machine's 32-bit CNC to dramatically reduce setup time and improve productivity.
