The 3400 XP ( X treme P erformance) plasma-punch combination machine features the patented Rail Tool Changer with nine stations. Each station accommodates punch and die tooling to punch up to 5" diameter holes. 40 tons of hydraulic punching power and the RAMPAGE!™ Oxygen Plasma Cutting System equal productivity.

  The affordable PartHANDLER-II load/unload system enhances full process productivity for parts produced on the 3400 XP. Material up to 1,000 lbs. is loaded onto the work table, finished parts are unloaded and sorted, and skeletons are removed – all without operator involvement.

  • Automatically load material up to 60" x 120", up to 1,000 lbs.
    
  • Automatically unloads and sorts larger finished parts via programmable magnetic system.
    
  • Small width parts (24" x 60" and smaller) automatically unloaded via machine drop door and conveyor system.
